Our service provides card verification capabilities strictly for legitimate testing purposes only. By using CheckerCCV.TV, you agree to:

• Only use the service to verify cards that you personally own or have explicit permission to verify
• Not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Not attempt to access, modify, or extract data from our service through unauthorized means
• Not share your API key with third parties
• Maintain responsibility for all activities that occur using your API key

Violation of these terms will result in immediate key deactivation without refund and may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Key System

Our service operates on a key-based system rather than traditional accounts:

• Each payment generates a unique API key that cannot be duplicated
• You are responsible for keeping your API key secure
• Keys are tied to the credit balance purchased
• We reserve the right to deactivate any key suspected of misuse
• Keys have no expiration date unless explicitly stated at purchase

4. Payment and Credits

Our service operates on a credit-based system:

• 5 credits are consumed per successful card check (Live or Dead results)
• Error or Unknown results do not consume credits
• Vietnamese cards are not supported and will be automatically marked as Dead with a 5 credit charge
• All payments are final and non-refundable
• Credits have no expiration date
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure at any time

5. Privacy and Data Security

We prioritize your privacy and data security:

• Card information is not stored on our servers
• All data is encrypted during processing and immediately deleted afterward
• We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CheckerCCV.TV is not responsible for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Loss of data or financial loss resulting from use of our service
• Accuracy of results provided by our service
• Any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our service in the past 30 days.

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without notice. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access to parts of the service without notice or liability.

8. Termination

We may deactivate your API key and access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our service, our business, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
